Digital-Only Service
BotWave is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical products. No physical goods are associated with any BotWave subscription or transaction.
Service Delivery
All BotWave services are delivered digitally via:
- Our web-based dashboard at botwave.store
- WhatsApp integration powered by our bot infrastructure
- Email notifications and account communications
Activation Timeline
After a successful payment, your BotWave account is activated and accessible immediately through the dashboard. WhatsApp bot activation (QR scan setup) is completed by the client through the onboarding flow and typically takes less than 15 minutes.
In cases where additional configuration or support is required, full service activation typically occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
No Physical Delivery
As BotWave provides only digital services:
- No courier, postal, or logistics service is involved.
- No tracking numbers or shipping labels are issued.
- No COD (Cash on Delivery) payments are accepted.
- No returns of physical goods are applicable.
